C. Letchworth Bits – Return Policy

At C. Letchworth Bits, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

Returns Within 14 Days of Purchase

Items returned within 14 days of the original purchase date are eligible for a refund, subject to a $25 restocking fee. Items must be returned in clean, like new condition.

Returns Between 14–30 Days of Purchase

Items returned between 15 and 30 days from the original purchase date are eligible for a refund, subject to a $50 restocking and cleaning fee. All returned items must be in acceptable condition.

Additional Return Guidelines

• All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Items must be returned in good condition. Excessive wear or damage may result in additional fees or denial of return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Custom Orders & Engraving

All custom orders and items with special engraving are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
